Zscaler - ZPA & ZIA

Location: Bengaluru

Design, implement, and manage Zscaler solutions including ZPA (Zscaler Private Access) and ZIA (Zscaler Internet Access) to secure enterprise networks.
Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure secure connectivity, threat protection, and policy compliance.
Monitor and optimize Zscaler deployments for performance, availability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Zscaler ZPA and ZIA solutions for secure remote access and internet security.
Develop and enforce security policies, access controls, and segmentation using Zscaler platform.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and implement preventive measures.
Integrate Zscaler services with existing network infrastructure and identity providers.
Conduct periodic audits and reviews to ensure compliance with security standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployment planning, policy updates, and user onboarding.
Stay updated on new Zscaler features, releases, and best practices to enhance security posture.

Required Qualifications
2–7 years of experience in network security or cloud security roles.
Hands-on experience with Zscaler ZPA and ZIA solutions.
Strong understanding of VPN alternatives, firewall policies, and secure remote access architectures.
Knowledge of network protocols, authentication mechanisms, and security frameworks.
