Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled  Dev Sec Ops  / Security Engineer  with strong  engineering and hands-on implementation experience  in  cloud, container, and enterprise security environments . This role goes beyond traditional Dev Ops or security monitoring and focuses on  designing, deploying, administering, and automating security controls  across  Kubernetes, public cloud infrastructure,  and  enterprise systems.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in  container security, cloud security, Linux hardening, vulnerability management, and patch management , along with the ability to  deploy and troubleshoot security tools  in large-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud & Container Security
Design, deploy, and manage  security controls for Kubernetes and containerized workloads
Implement  container security solutions  (Tenable, Anchore, and other open source/commercial tools)
Secure workloads across  public cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Enforce container image scanning, runtime protection, and policy controls
Security Tool Administration
Deploy, configure, and administer  enterprise security tools , including:
Vulnerability management tools (e.g., Tenable)
Container security tools (e.g., Anchore)
DLP solutions (e.g., Imperva)
EDR, firewalls, and infrastructure security tools
Troubleshoot tool integrations, performance issues, and security findings
Vulnerability & Patch Management
Lead  vulnerability management lifecycle : identification, prioritization, remediation, and reporting
Own  patch management and deployment  across Linux systems, containers, and cloud workloads
Ensure secure  imaging and baseline hardening  for systems and containers
Automation & Engineering
Develop automation using  Shell scripting OR Python
Integrate security into  CI/CD pipelines
Automate security scans, patching workflows, and compliance checks
Work closely with engineering teams to embed security into infrastructure and applications
Linux & Enterprise Security
Perform  Linux security hardening  and configuration management
Secure enterprise environments supporting large-scale production systems
Collaborate with platform, cloud, and application teams to improve security posture
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience with  Kubernetes security  and containerized environments
Hands-on experience with  Cloud Security  in public cloud platforms
Proven expertise in  Vulnerability Management and Patch Management
Experience deploying and administering  security tools  such as:
Tenable
Anchore
Open-source and commercial security solutions
Strong  Linux security  background
Proficiency in  Shell scripting and Python  for automation

Experience with  Enterprise security controls  (EDR, firewalls, DLP, Imperva)
Ability to troubleshoot complex security and infrastructure issues
