About
The Role
We're hiring a Product Manager to own and scale the end-to-end Merchant Experience at Dodo Payments.
You'll be responsible for improving how merchants onboard, activate, transact, and engage with our platform - across checkout, billing, entitlements, and dashboard UX.
If you enjoy simplifying complex systems and building intuitive fintech products at scale, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end merchant journey (onboarding → activation → retention)
Optimize checkout and transaction experience
Improve billing, pricing, and subscription UX
Enhance credits and entitlements workflows
Improve merchant dashboard usability and feature discoverability
Write clear PRDs and drive sprint coordination
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Analytics
Track post-release performance across activation, transaction success, adoption, and retention
Required
Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of Product Management experience (SaaS / Fintech / B2B preferred)
Strong UX thinking with ability to simplify complex systems
Data-driven mindset; comfortable working with funnels and dashboards
Experience owning features end-to-end
Strong written communication and PRD skills
Startup mindset : ownership-driven, comfortable in high-velocity environments
