Lead Scientist & Trainer – Clinical Research, Genomics & AI

About the Role
Biotecnika is hiring a multi-skilled expert who can teach and mentor students in Clinical Research, NGS/Genomics, Bioinformatics, and AI/ML in Life Sciences , while also contributing to CRO research projects. This is a unique hybrid role suited for professionals with interdisciplinary expertise.
Key Responsibilities Training & Teaching
Deliver classes on Clinical Research , ICH-GCP, regulatory affairs, clinical trial processes.
Teach NGS & Genomics workflows (WGS/WES, RNA-Seq, scRNA-Seq, metagenomics).
Teach Bioinformatics, Linux, Python/R , Galaxy/Colab-based analysis.
Deliver modules on AI/ML in Biology & Clinical Research (ML basics, DL, Alpha Fold, Triall/Trialspark tools).
Student Mentorship
Guide students in 3/6/12-month projects: NGS pipelines, clinical analytics, ML modelling, drug discovery.
Support publication-quality research work.
Content Development
Create PPTs, recorded lectures, study materials, SOPs, blogs & articles.
Participate in You Tube sessions, webinars & workshops.
CRO Support
Join client meetings, run analyses, deliver reports, support project execution.
Required Qualifications
Master's/PhD in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Pharmacy, Computational Biology.
2+ years experience in Clinical Research and/or NGS/Genomics/AI in Biology.
Knowledge of: ICH-GCP, clinical trial operations NGS tools (FastQC, BWA, GATK, STAR, DESeq2, QIIME2), Python/R, Linux, scikit-learn, Machine learning fundamentals, Teaching or training experience preferred. Strong communication & presentation skills.
Desirable Skills
Experience with AI tools in clinical trials
Multi-omics / CADD / QSAR exposure
Publications in genomics/AI
Clinical Research certifications (ACRP, CCRP, DIA)
