LEAD SRE

Location: Bengaluru

SRE
Total exp – 12+ yrs

· 3+ years of hands-on experience in configuring and using Azure cloud services and tools for monitoring, automation, CI-CD, Traffic Management etc.

· 5+ years of experience in setting up and auditing CI-CD pipelines for deployments, automation etc.

· 3+ years of strong experience in setting up observability framework for prod and non-prod env including automation using APM tools like Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Open Telemetry, Open Search

· Sound experience in monitoring and troubleshooting Kubernetes applications set up, infrastructure usage, data pipelines etc. in production env.

· Strong experience in setting up SLOs, monitoring and improving reliability of platform

· Experience in setting up Synthetic monitoring in production

· Experience in setting up APM tool from scratch, understanding of different agents available in APM tool, their use etc.

· Good exposure to Resiliency, Incident management and Observability Best Practices

· The ability to guide and mentor other members within the team and improve the way to collaborate, learn, and share ideas

· Excellent understanding of SRE concepts and culture

· Strong written and verbal communication skills are required

Nice to have skills & experience:

• Working understanding of good software, network, and systems design is preferred

• Experience in Jira, Service Now, or similar tools
