Skills & Competencies
• Strong experience in Delivery & Program Management
• Worked with Global GCCs in India and cross-functional global teams
• Strong business acumen with financial management expertise
• Ability to manage multiple programs and drive execution to completion
• Stakeholder & escalation management across geographies
• Team building from scratch / GCC setup experience (plus)
• Excellent communication, presentation & leadership skills
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent
• 10+ years in leadership roles within multinational organizations
• Proven success in delivery management, program governance & team scaling
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
