Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Development:  Build and maintain Snap Logic pipelines to automate data flows between source systems and Salesforce.
Data Mapping & Logic:  Implement complex data mapping rules, including handling custom logic for data dependencies and object relationships.
Technical Troubleshooting:  Identify and resolve errors in data loads, such as "LOOKUP" failures, transformation errors, or API limit issues.
Data Validation:  Perform rigorous data analysis using  SOQL  and Salesforce Inspector/Workbench to ensure migration accuracy against source data.
Cross-Functional Support:  Collaborate with GTM (Go-To-Market) teams to understand data requirements and provide detailed reports on migration results.
Technical Requirements (Must-Haves)
Snap Logic Integration:  Minimum  5 years  of hands-on experience. Must be proficient in using Core Snaps, Salesforce Snaps, and creating reusable transformation logic.
Salesforce Core:  Strong understanding of the Salesforce Data Model (Standard and Custom Objects, Junction Objects, and Master-Detail relationships).
Advanced SOQL:  Ability to write complex queries to extract, filter, and analyze large datasets within Salesforce.
Data Dependency Management:  Proven ability to manage the sequencing of data loads (e.g., Accounts → Contacts → Opportunities) to maintain referential integrity.
Analysis Tools:  Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) or SQL for side-by-side data comparison during the UAT phase.
Professional Attributes
Execution-Focused:  Ability to take a mapping document and turn it into a high-performing integration.
Analytical:  You enjoy finding the "needle in the haystack" when data totals don't match between systems.
Collaborative:  Comfortable explaining technical data discrepancies to non-technical GTM stakeholders.
