Role Description

We are looking for a  technically strong Product Manager  who can bridge the gap between  business needs and engineering execution . In this role, you will own not only the  “what”  but also the  “how”  of product development. You will be responsible for  designing workflows, creating UI mockups, defining product architecture principles, and making product decisions that support scalable platform development .
This is a  0–1 product builder role , ideal for someone who enjoys  shaping system architecture, building product experiences, and collaborating closely with engineering teams  to develop advanced solutions for  warehouse and supply chain operations .

Key Responsibilities

Lead  product discovery, design, and development  for  WMS core and workflow modules , including  Inventory, Orders, Tasks, and related warehouse entities .
Translate  warehouse operations, logistics workflows, and enterprise SOPs  into  structured product workflows, UI mockups, and functional product requirements .
Design  screen flows, product interactions, and system workflows  using  Cursor or vibe-based prototyping tools .
Work closely with  engineering and technical leads  to evaluate  architecture trade-offs , ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Ensure product decisions align with  long-term platform architecture and system design principles .
Own and maintain  product documentation , including  PRDs, API specifications, workflow diagrams, and UI screen flows .
Lead  sprint planning, backlog grooming, and feature prioritization  in collaboration with engineering teams.
Deliver  internal product demos and client presentations , clearly explaining workflows and product capabilities to  sales, customer success teams, and enterprise clients .
Participate in  product roadmap planning , balancing  new feature development, platform scalability, and technical debt management .
Contribute to the design and implementation of  AI-powered capabilities  such as:
Smart put-away recommendations
Pick path optimization
Exception detection and operational insights

Required Skills

Proven experience as a  Product Manager  working with  engineering teams on complex software platforms .
Strong experience in  workflow design, product architecture thinking, and UI/UX design for enterprise systems .
Experience creating  PRDs, product documentation, workflow diagrams, and screen flows .
Hands-on experience with  prototyping or product design tools  such as  Cursor or similar tools .
Strong understanding of  scalable product architecture, system design principles, and platform-based product development .
Experience managing  product backlogs, sprint planning, and agile development processes .
Ability to translate  business processes into technical product workflows and features .
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with  engineering, product, and business stakeholders .

Preferred Skills

Experience working on  Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Supply Chain, or Logistics platforms .
Understanding of  enterprise SaaS products and platform architecture .
Exposure to  AI-driven product features and automation in operations .
Experience presenting  product demos to enterprise clients and internal stakeholders .
