What You Get to Do
• Design and build cutting-edge GenAI solutions that power analytics and insights in HR, benefits, and payroll
• Lead the development of AI systems that make complex data accessible and actionable for business users
• Fine-tune and deploy large language models to solve real business challenges
• Drive technical decisions around model architecture, deployment strategies, and production optimization
• Guide junior data scientists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions
• Shape the future of how AI can support HR & Finance teams in high-growth companies
Qualifications
• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• 12+ years of hands-on data science experience, with recent focus on GenAI/LLMs
• Proven track record of taking AI projects from prototype to production
Strong experience with:
o LLM development and fine-tuning (e.g., GPT models, embedding models)
o Modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, Transformers, Lang Chain)
o Production ML deployment and monitoring
o Python development and API design
o Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
What Sets You Apart:
• Experience optimizing LLMs for production (cost, latency, scaling)
• Track record of maintaining AI systems in production
• Ability to balance innovation with practical business needs
• Experience with HR/people analytics domain
