About the Role

We're a fast-growing, AI-native B2B SaaS company, and this role owns our growth engine. As an
AI-native Growth PM working directly with the founder, you'll drive how a stranger discovers
us, signs up, hits their first moment of value, and becomes a paying customer, mostly
self-serve, at high velocity. This is a rare seat for someone who thinks in funnels and
experiments, ships fast, and treats AI as a force multiplier rather than a buzzword.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the self-serve funnel end to end: acquisition, activation, free-to-paid conversion,
retention, and expansion
- Run data-backed growth experiments at high velocity (hypothesis, ship, measure, iterate)
- Find and kill funnel bottlenecks, from first touch through onboarding and activation to
upgrade
- Drive organic growth: SEO, the free-tool acquisition funnel, and content loops (Semrush /
Ahrefs, keyword and competitor strategy)
- Use AI to build and automate: prototype features and flows with Claude, automate your own
growth ops, and push AI deeper into the product's growth surfaces
- Turn product and behavioral data into roadmap calls, backed by competitive research
- Partner across product, marketing, and customer success to ship growth initiatives
- Own special projects tied directly to the founder's growth goals

Who Can Apply

- Available full-time, can start immediately
- AI-native: you use Claude / ChatGPT / Cursor daily as a force multiplier and can prototype
real things with them, not just chat
- Strong analytical, communication, and execution skills
- Genuine interest in product-led growth, B2B SaaS, and AI products

Bonus if you have

- Previous growth, PLG, product, or GTM experience at a B2B SaaS company
- Hands-on with product analytics and A/B testing (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or similar)
- SEO and organic-growth tooling (Semrush, Ahrefs)
- Understanding of sales tech, social selling, or signal-based GTM
