SAP CPI & Success Factors certifications are preferred with 2+ years’ of development experience as SAP CPI consultant in interface projects.
Proven experience as an SAP CPI Consultant with a focus on Success Factors integrations (including Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning Management, etc.).
Strong understanding of integration design patterns, data mapping, transformation techniques, and API management. Proficiency in integration protocols and standards such as SOAP, REST and OData
