Miror is building India's largest 360° care network for women - supporting them through menstruation, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. We bring together a thriving community of 75,000+ women, 100+ doctors across gynaecology, oncology, urology and sexual health, nutrition and mental health, India's first dedicated HRT Centre of Excellence, a personalized care app, expertly formulated supplements, and a women's wellness rewards program.
We're bootstrapped and revenue-generating, with real users and real impact. We're now looking for a technology and product leader to deepen our digital platform and scale the experience to millions more women.
The role  As Chief Technology & Product Officer, you'll own both the engineering and product functions s is a combined role by design: we need one leader who holds the technical architecture and the product vision together, keeps them tightly aligned, and ships. You'll set technical direction, own the product roadmap across our app and digital platform, and build the team that delivers - all while honoring the trust women place in us with sensitive, deeply personal health journeys.

What you'll own   Product
Define and own the product vision and roadmap in partnership with the CEO
Translate deep understanding of women's health - menstruation through menopause - into product that earns daily trust
Own the full product lifecycle across the app, community, teleconsultation/appointments, HRT programs, commerce (shop and supplements), and rewards
Establish how the team prioritizes, measures, and learns from users
Technology
Own the technical architecture of the Miror app and digital platform
Lead engineering execution: quality, velocity, reliability, and security
Make pragmatic build-vs-buy and platform decisions that keep us lean and fast
Own data architecture with privacy and protection of sensitive health data as a first principle
Leadership
Build, lead, and mentor the combined product and engineering team
Set the engineering and product culture for the company
Be a credible internal and external voice for the platform
Must-haves   Demonstrated experience in  femtech or digital health  - you understand women's health, the sensitivity of the data involved, and what it takes to earn and keep user trust in this space
Track record of owning  both product and engineering  at a senior level (VP+ or prior CTO/CPO/CTPO)
Strong software and app development background; comfortable being hands-on architecturally
Experience handling sensitive health data and the regulatory/privacy landscape around it (India's DPDP Act, plus relevant global standards like HIPAA/GDPR; awareness of telemedicine and digital-health regulatory considerations)
Ability to lead a lean team and make capital-efficient decisions in a bootstrapped environment
Proven ability to hire, grow, and retain product and engineering talent
Nice-to-haves   Experience scaling a consumer health or community-driven product post-PMF without external funding

Experience with teleconsultation, e-commerce/D2C, or marketplace-style products
Comfort with our stack: [e.g. Python backend, Flutter app] - or strong reasons to evolve it
