Dot Mappers IT Pvt Ltd is hiring SEO professionals across three levels:
SEO Analyst: 2–5 years
SEO Team Lead: 5–7 years
SEO Manager: 8–12 years
We are looking for candidates who have worked in a digital marketing agency, handled multiple client SEO campaigns, and have experience delivering measurable results for local and global clients.
This role is ideal for someone who understands modern SEO, AI-assisted workflows, technical optimisation, content strategy, rankings, traffic, lead generation, reporting, and client performance.
We are not looking for basic SEO executives who only know submissions or simple keyword tracking. We are looking for SEO professionals who can improve visibility, generate qualified traffic, increase leads, support sales revenue, and meet client expectations through clear strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage SEO campaigns for multiple clients across different industries and markets.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, SEO audits, and search intent analysis.
Optimise website pages, meta tags, headings, internal links, images, schema, URLs, and content structure.
Work on technical SEO, including crawlability, indexation, redirects, canonicals, sitemap, robots.txt, broken links, Core Web Vitals, and site speed.
Create SEO content briefs, topic clusters, and optimisation recommendations for content teams.
Track rankings, organic traffic, leads, enquiries, conversions, and revenue impact.
Prepare SEO reports with clear insights, progress updates, and next-step action plans.
Use AI tools for SEO research, content briefs, keyword clustering, audit support, reporting, and workflow improvement.
Work with content writers, developers, designers, and client-facing teams to improve SEO performance.
Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, AI search, AI Overviews, and SEO best practices.
SEO Analyst – 2 to 5 Years
You should be able to:
Execute SEO tasks across multiple client projects.
Perform keyword research, on-page optimisation, and competitor research.
Support technical SEO fixes with developers.
Prepare SEO reports and campaign updates.
Use tools like GSC, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and AI tools.
Meet deadlines and maintain strong attention to detail.
SEO Team Lead – 5 to 7 Years
You should be able to:
Lead SEO execution for multiple client accounts.
Guide analysts and review SEO work before delivery.
Create monthly SEO plans, content plans, and technical action lists.
Identify ranking drops, traffic issues, indexing problems, and growth opportunities.
Support internal or client performance discussions.
Use AI tools to improve team speed, quality, and reporting.
SEO Manager – 8 to 12 Years
You should be able to:
Own SEO strategy across multiple client portfolios.
Manage SEO analysts, executives, and team leads.
Build SEO roadmaps for local, national, and international clients.
Improve client results across rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, and revenue.
Handle SEO escalations, performance concerns, and client expectations.
Build SEO processes, quality standards, reporting frameworks, and team workflows.
Report SEO performance, risks, opportunities, and growth plans to senior stakeholders.
Experience & Skills Required
2–12 years of SEO experience based on role level.
Digital marketing agency experience is strongly preferred.
