What we are looking for:
Role: Social Media Manager
We're looking for a sharp, confident, and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of short-form video production, content creation, and social media strategy - perfect for someone who shoots, edits, thinks in formats, and is always three trends ahead.
This is a fast-moving, strategy-first role. We move quickly, use AI and data to inform decisions, and expect the same agility. We want someone with strong opinions, strategic instincts, and the ability to turn ideas into scalable content and measurable growth.

What You'll Do
Lead the planning and execution of short-form video content (Reels, Stories, behind-the-scenes), ensuring it aligns with overall content strategy
Own and manage the Instagram content calendar - including content direction, posting strategy, captions, and hashtags
Develop strategic concepts for campaigns, challenges, and scalable/viral content formats
Monitor social trends and cultural moments, leveraging AI tools to act quickly and stay ahead of the curve
Guide the repurposing of event footage into platform-optimized content that maximizes reach and engagement
Track content performance (views, saves, shares), derive insights, and continuously refine strategy based on data
Who You Are
Strong grasp of social media strategy, platform dynamics, and content formats (especially Instagram)
Deeply plugged into trends and able to turn them into strategic opportunities
Comfortable using AI tools for ideation, planning, and analysis
Thinks beyond posts - understands campaigns, positioning, and growth
Confident, open to feedback, and data-driven in decision-making
Self-driven, takes ownership, and thrives in fast-paced environments
1-2 years of relevant experience or strong proof of work
Bonus:
Canva, After Effects, or Meta Business Suite experience.
