B2B environments. As our creative and digital teams scale, we are looking for someone who can bring structure, predictability, and operational clarity into how creative work gets planned,
tracked, delivered, archived, and scaled.

Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery Operations
Build and maintain operational workflows for creative delivery across brand, digital, video, and web projects
Work closely with account and delivery teams to forecast bandwidth and staffing needs
Ensure timelines, dependencies, approvals, and review cycles are tracked and visible
Identify risks early and proactively escalate blockers before they affect delivery
2. Process & Systems Optimization
Improve how work flows through the organization — from briefing to final delivery
Standardize templates, review systems, intake processes, naming conventions, and delivery cadences where required
Partner with leadership to reduce inefficiencies, duplication, and unnecessary rework
Drive adoption of operational best practices across teams
3. Creative Utilization & Reporting
Track utilization, workload distribution, and delivery efficiency across creative teams
Build dashboards and operational reports for leadership visibility
Monitor operational KPIs such as turnaround time, rework rates, delivery adherence, and team bandwidth
4. AI, Tools & Operational Innovation
Identify and implement tools, automations, and AI-assisted workflows that improve speed, visibility, and operational efficiency
Support adoption of project management and collaboration systems across teams
Explore AI-assisted documentation, tagging, reporting, and workflow automation opportunities
Digital Asset Management & Knowledge Systems
Build and maintain structured systems for managing creative assets across design, video, presentations, web, and digital projects
Help build internal knowledge systems for reusable frameworks, references, pitch material, and creative documentation
Desired Skills & Experience
5–8 years of experience in creative operations, project management, delivery operations, or agency workflow management
Prior experience working in an agency, studio, digital, or creative environment is strongly preferred
Strong understanding of how creative teams function — including design, content, video, web, and digital workflows
Experience managing resource allocation and delivery planning across multiple simultaneous projects
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Click Up,
Keka, Asana, Jira, Monday, Notion, Air table, or similar platforms
Strong operational thinking with attention to detail and process discipline
Comfortable working with ambiguity, changing priorities, and fast-moving teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Calm under pressure and capable of bringing order to operational chaos
