Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Specification Management and Recipe Development to support and enhance SAP-driven business processes. The candidate will play a key role in requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, and implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Work as an SAP Functional Consultant specializing in Specification Management and Recipe Development.
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed SAP functional specifications.
Configure, customize, and optimize SAP modules to meet business requirements.
Support recipe creation, maintenance, and optimization within SAP systems.
Manage and maintain specification data , ensuring accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
Participate in system testing, UAT, and deployment activities .
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues and provide ongoing support.
Prepare and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and user manuals.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory guidelines .
Required Skills:
Proven experience as an SAP Functional Consultant .
Hands-on expertise in Specification Management and Recipe Development .
Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP PLM, SAP PP-PI, SAP QM , or related areas.
Good understanding of manufacturing/production business processes .
Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and system configuration .
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
SAP certification (preferred).
Experience working on end-to-end SAP implementation projects .
