Role Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Consultant / Tech Analyst with strong expertise in Java, Angular, and modern web architectures to join our growing team. About the Role
As a Tech Analyst , you will play a critical role across the consulting lifecycle—from problem definition to solution design and implementation . You will collaborate with stakeholders, guide development teams, and ensure delivery of robust, scalable, and future-ready solutions .
Key Responsibilities
Understand business vision, strategy, and project roadmaps
Gather, analyze, and refine functional & non-functional requirements
Translate requirements into scalable solution architectures aligned with enterprise standards
Collaborate with solution architects and cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery
Provide high-level estimates and solution approaches
Break down large requirements into structured, deliverable features
Act as a single point of contact for business stakeholders
Ensure alignment of implementation with defined architecture
Manage dependencies across multiple initiatives
Contribute to RFPs and proposal development
Create clear documentation for technical and business audiences
✅ Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of overall experience in software development
5+ years in Java Microservices & REST/Graph
QL APIs (Must Have)
5+ years in Angular development (Must Have)
Strong experience with SQL & No
SQL databases (Must Have)
Hands-on with CI/CD, Dev Ops practices
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Type Script
Experience in solution design, system architecture, and documentation
Exposure to E-commerce or Telecom domains (preferred)
CMS knowledge is a plus
Bonus / Must-Have Edge
Hands-on experience in AI / Agentic AI solutions
