Must-Have Skills
10+ years of strong SAP technical development experience.
Expertise in:
Core ABAP
ABAP on HANA
S/4

HANA ABAP Programming
SAP Net Weaver
Strong hands-on experience with:
SAP UI5 / Fiori
OOPS ABAP
IDOCs & Interfaces
BADIs & Enhancement Framework
Enhancement Switch Framework
Strong SAP HANA technical expertise including:
CDS Views
OData Services
AMDP
Code-to-Data Paradigm

Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
Strong experience in APIs and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
Experience in multiple end-to-end SAP implementation projects in technical leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of integration projects involving middleware platforms.
Understanding of SAP business processes including:
Order Management
Subscription Billing
Invoicing & Usage-based processes
Functional overview knowledge in SAP MM, SD, and FI/CO modules.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with SAP BRIM.
Exposure to SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce.
Knowledge of SAP AI / Generative AI integrations with SAP BTP.

Experience with SAP RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model).
Exposure to Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and SAP automation frameworks.
Experience in cloud-native SAP extension development.
SAP Certifications in S/4

HANA, BTP, or ABAP on HANA.
