Key Responsibilities
Own  end-to-end campaign execution  across platforms like Google Ads, Linked In Ads, and Meta Ads
Manage  daily campaign operations , including budget pacing, bid adjustments, and performance monitoring
Take full ownership of  campaign optimization  to improve CPL, CTR, and conversion rates
Build and maintain  weekly & monthly performance reports and dashboards
Ensure  accurate tracking implementation  via GA4, Google Tag Manager, and platform pixels
Identify performance gaps and proactively recommend optimizations
Coordinate with content and design teams to improve ad creatives and messaging
Maintain account hygiene (naming conventions, structure, tracking consistency, etc.)

Requirements
5yrs+ of experience in  Performance Marketing / Paid Media
Proven experience in  managing live campaigns
Hands-on experience with:
Google Ads (Search, Display, You Tube)
Linked In Ads (B2B campaign experience preferred)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Strong understanding of  lead generation campaigns will be plus (especially B2B)
Experience in  campaign optimization and performance improvement
Working knowledge of  GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking setups
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have
Experience in  B2B / SaaS / HRTech campaigns
Exposure to  ABM campaigns or enterprise targeting
Familiarity with tools like  Supermetrics, Hub Spot, Salesforce
