Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP Success Factors Time Management Consultant with 6–8 years of relevant experience and strong hands-on expertise in Employee Central Time Management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP Success Factors Time Management implementations, enhancements, and support activities.
Configure and support:
Time Profiles
Work Schedules and Holiday Calendars
Time Recording Profiles
Time Type Groups and Time Valuations
Attendance and Absence Types
Implement and support:
Time Tracking
Leave of Absence
Overtime management scenarios
Integrate Time Management with:
Employee Central
SAP Payroll / Third-Party Payroll Systems
Handle complex customer-specific requirements, including:
Shift patterns
Public holiday rules
Country-specific labor law requirements
Perform impact analysis for changes related to time management configurations.
Support UAT, Go-Live, Post Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and problems in accordance with ITIL/ITSM processes.
Prepare functional specifications, configuration workbooks, and user documentation.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, payroll teams, and technical teams.
Support SAP Success Factors releases and assess impacts on Time Management processes.
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants.
Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.
Required Skills
Technical / Functional Skills
Strong hands-on experience in SAP Success Factors Employee Central Time Management.
Good understanding of:
Time Sheet
Time Off
Workflows and Business Rules
MDF-based objects related to Time Management
Experience with integration concepts, including:
Compound Employee
Time Interfaces
Knowledge of SAP Success Factors Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
Experience working on both implementation and support projects.
Exposure to multi-country/global rollouts is an added advantage.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced implementation/support environment.
Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing mindset.
