Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Asset Management with Desktop Support position in Bangalore. The role involves managing assets, providing desktop support, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and equipment.
Candidate with expected CTC below 3.2

Qualifications
2-3 Year Experience in IT.
Strong knowledge of asset management principles and practices.
Strong Knowledge on Asset Life cycle.
Strong knowledge on IT ticketing tool like Service Now.
Experience in providing desktop support and troubleshooting IT issues
Proficient in Operating system & application installation.
Proficiency in hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Strong problem-solving capabilities
Certifications in IT asset management or related field are a plus
