What we're looking for:

• Master's or PhD in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline

• Strong foundation in probability, statistics, and numerical methods

• Proficiency in C++, Python, or similar programming languages

• Experience with time-series analysis, signal processing, or machine learning

• Analytical mindset with a passion for research and problem-solving

• Prior financial market experience is beneficial but not mandatory
