Our client is looking for a Vendor Master Data Analyst to oversee global data quality, governance, and operational excellence within enterprise systems.
This role focuses on managing vendor-related master data processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency across systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve data integrity, support business operations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor vendor master data processes to ensure high standards of accuracy and completeness.
Perform regular data audits and validations to maintain reliable and consistent data across systems.
Develop and maintain documentation such as standard operating procedures, work instructions, and data policies.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards, maintaining audit-ready data records.
Support testing activities, data validation, error resolution, and compliance-related efforts such as corrective actions and SLA tracking.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and data owners to identify and resolve data quality issues while implementing sustainable improvements.
Analyze data trends, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to enhance overall data integrity.
Provide guidance and training to business partners on data standards, processes, and workflows.
Act as a subject matter expert for vendor data across mid-scale projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Support system integrations and data-related projects, including data migration, cleansing, and validation activities.
Conduct impact assessments for changes and serve as an escalation point for data-related issues.
Drive continuous improvement in data processes, templates, and frameworks to optimize business outcomes.
Contribute to governance forums and operational meetings, providing updates and insights on data performance.
Develop dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools to track and improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 6 years of overall professional experience.
At least 2 years of experience in data management within large ERP environments.
Hands-on experience managing vendor-related data across multiple business units or regions.
Strong understanding of master data processes, particularly in procurement-related domains.
Knowledge of data governance, quality standards, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, GxP, PII).
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and influence outcomes.
Advanced Excel skills and experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with SAP S/4

HANA or SAP Master Data Governance (MDG).
Background in global ERP implementations or transformations.
Exposure to supply chain, procurement, or finance functions.
Experience in the consumer goods or related industries.
