1. Search term waste low-intent queries burning budget, flagged and blocked daily.
2. Pincode-level leakage geographies that drain spend without converting, identified at pincode granularity.
3. Structural inefficiencies wrong bid strategies, misaligned budgets, campaigns quietly costing more than they should.
4. Scaling opportunities what is working and deserves more investment, surfaced automatically.

Who You Are
1.  Proven Closer:  You have 10+ years in agency sales, martech, or media sales. You can point to deals you personally took from cold outreach to signed contract.

2.  Networked:  You have active, high-level relationships with Bangalore-based CMOs, Marketing Heads, and Founders.

3.  Data Fluency:  You speak the language of performance marketing (ROAS, CPC, CTR) and can build a data-led business case during a demo.

4.  Self-Starter:  You don't need a playbook - you build it. You thrive on the ambiguity of an early-stage venture.

Who You Are NOT

1. We are not looking for strategy-only thinkers who want to delegate the work.
2. We are not looking for people accustomed to large corporate structures with predefined territories and support teams.
3. We are not looking for "learners" who need 6 months of product training before they can start selling.

Compensation

Fixed CTC: 12-15 LPA
Variable: 5-15% tied to revenue closed.
Upside:
Uncapped potential as the client base scales.
