Role: User Experience Researcher
We are looking for a UX Researcher who will help us continuously improve the digital customer journey across our mobile lending products. This role focuses on identifying friction points in the user journey, understanding user behaviour, and generating actionable insights that directly improve conversion, engagement, and product experience.
A key part of the role is analysing behavioural data within the app and translating it into clear, actionable recommendations. This position works closely with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams. This is not a pure research or reporting role - the expectation is to drive insights that directly impact product and growth metrics.
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in UX research, product analytics, or user behaviour roles
- Strong understanding of mobile user journeys and funnel behaviour
- Strong experience with usability testing and customer journey mapping
- Experience working with financial products (banking / fintech / lending)
- Experience with behavioural analytics tools (Mixpanel, UXCam, Amplitude, etc.)
