We are looking for a True Architect of Paid Growth . You are a specialist who masters the data-driven world of Performance Ads, using precision targeting, programmatic scale, and rapid experimentation as the core pillars of our clients' "Compounding Attention Engines."
We need a "player-coach" —someone with the strategic vision to scale multi-channel budgets, but the deep, hands-on skills to build, pixel-tag, and optimize campaigns in the trenches.
What You’ll Do (The "Now")
Own the Paid Ecosystem: Lead the strategy, setup, and end-to-end optimization of high-scale campaigns across Google Ads (PMax, Search, You Tube), Meta Ads (Advantage+, Catalog, Lead Gen), and Linked In Ads (ABM, Sponsored Content, Conversation Ads).
Own Programmatic Scaling: You will architect Programmatic display and video campaigns. You’ll use automated bidding and data-driven placements to capture high-intent audiences across the open web with surgical precision.
Own Paid AEO/GEO: You understand that search is changing. You will optimize paid placements for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) , ensuring our clients’ brands appear as sponsored citations within AI search environments like Perplexity and Google’s SGE/AI Overviews.
Own the Data: You are obsessed with clean data. You’ll own the implementation of GA4, GTM, and Server-Side Tracking (CAPI) to ensure attribution is flawless and data-privacy compliant.
Own the Reporting: You will deliver high-impact Executive Performance Reports that move beyond vanity metrics. You will tell the story of how paid spend is driving real, measurable revenue (ROAS, CAC, LTV, and Pipeline Velocity).
What You’ll Do (The "Future")
Build the "Engine": You'll be the architect who integrates cross-platform signals. You’ll use Linked In intent data to fuel Meta retargeting and use Google Search insights to lower your social CPAs, creating a unified machine that learns and scales automatically.
Core Skills & Tools (In-Depth Expertise Required)
Google Ads: Certified mastery of Search, Shopping, and Performance Max . Deep knowledge of script-based bidding and automated rules.
Meta Ads: Expert-level experience with Meta Business Suite, CAPI (Conversions API) , and building sophisticated testing matrices for creative and audiences.
Linked In Ads: Mastery of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) , Matched Audiences, and lead-gen forms for high-ticket conversions.
AEO/GEO & Programmatic: Proven ability to manage programmatic DSPs and stay ahead of paid AI-search placement trends.
Analytics & Attribution: Mastery of GA4 (pathing, explorations, and custom events). You must be able to prove ROI across complex, multi-touch journeys.

The Full-Funnel Architect: You don't just "run ads." You architect journeys from the first impression to the final conversion.

Insanely Driven: You see the "future" model we’re building—one where paid media isn't just an expense, but a high-yield, compounding asset.
