Our products — Dynamic Payroll™, Flexi Benefits (FBP), reimbursements, and compliance automation — help enterprises increase employee take-home salary while simplifying compliance and payroll operations.
We’re looking for a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to help scale our B2B growth engine.
What you’ll own:
* Enterprise sales for FBP, reimbursements & payroll solutions
* CXO conversations with CFOs, CHROs, HR & Finance leaders
* End-to-end sales cycle: discovery → demos → negotiations → closures
* Complex enterprise deals and strategic account growth
What we’re looking for:
* 10+ years in B2B SaaS / HR-tech / fintech / payroll sales
* Strong enterprise and consultative selling experience
* Ability to navigate long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
* Startup mindset with high ownership and execution intensity
* Immediate Joiner
This is not a maintenance sales role.
This is a category-building opportunity for someone excited to scale a fast-growing fintech + HR-tech company.
