Position: Senior Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Analytics Expert | CPG |
Job Description       What You'll Do   ✔ Build advanced statistical and econometric models to drive pricing and promotion strategies
✔ Develop and deploy  Hierarchical Bayesian Models  for commercial decision-making
✔ Analyze large-scale Retail POS and syndicated data to generate actionable business insights
✔ Design solutions around:
Price Elasticity
Promotion Effectiveness
Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
Price-Pack Architecture (PPA)
Assortment & Portfolio Optimization
✔ Present complex analytical findings to senior business stakeholders in a simple, impactful manner
✔ Collaborate with commercial, marketing, sales, and category management teams across global markets
What We're Looking For     Master's degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative discipline
8+ years of experience in advanced analytics, preferably within CPG/FMCG environments
Strong expertise in:
Econometric Modeling
Statistical Modeling
Hierarchical Bayesian Modeling
Pricing & Promotion Analytics
Revenue Growth Management
Proven experience building models using Retail POS / Scanner Data
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences
Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills
