Position: Architect / Senior Guidewire Developer – InsuranceSuite Integrations
Location: Bengaluru

Role:  Architect / Senior Developer – Insurance Suite Integrations

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support integrations across Guidewire Insurance Suite applications, including Guidewire Policy Center, Guidewire Billing Center, and Guidewire Claim Center.
Architect enterprise integration solutions using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Messaging, Batch Processes, and Event-Driven Architecture.
Lead end-to-end integration design discussions with business stakeholders, solution architects, and external vendors.
Develop and maintain integration components using Gosu, Java, XML, JSON, and Guidewire Integration Framework.
Perform code reviews, establish development standards, and mentor junior developers.
Collaborate with QA, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to deliver high-quality solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and performance bottlenecks.
Participate in application upgrades, cloud migration initiatives, and modernization programs.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Guidewire Insurance Suite integrations.
Hands-on expertise in Policy Center, Billing Center, and/or Claim Center.

Experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, Messaging Queues, Kafka, Mule Soft, or other middleware technologies.
Strong knowledge of Gosu, Java, SQL, XML, JSON, and Integration Patterns.

Experience with Guidewire Cloud and Integration Gateway is preferred.
Understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance processes.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Dev Ops practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Guidewire Certified Professional/Associate certifications.
Experience in Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and automated testing frameworks.
