Your Job

As a Supervisor – IT Infrastructure at Koch, you will support KT Infrastructure Core Services in India. In this role, you will supervise infrastructure engineers, enable reliable service delivery, and drive operational excellence across global network and platform services.

This role focuses on people leadership, execution discipline, and continuous operational improvement, while partnering with global service owners and peer leaders to ensure Core Services are delivered reliably and predictably.

Our Team

The KT Infrastructure Core Services team delivers foundational network and connectivity services that enable secure, resilient, and scalable access across Koch businesses globally. The team supports platforms including cloud networking, network security, transport, and application delivery, operating within a global, follow‑the‑sun model.

The India‑based Core Services engineers play a critical role in day‑to‑day operations, incident response, and service stewardship, working closely with global peers and service owners.

What You Will Do

Supervise the performance, development, and day‑to‑day execution of Core Services infrastructure engineers. Ensure each engineer understands how their work connects to team vision and business outcomes.
Hire, develop, and retain contribution‑motivated employees; actively coach and support growth through feedback and development planning.
Partner with global Core Services leaders, Product Owners, and peer Supervisors to align responsibilities and operating expectations.
Ensure consistent execution of incident, problem, and change management processes across supported services.
Act as an escalation point for operational issues; support incident coordination and structured communications when required.
Identify opportunities to improve reliability, automation, documentation, and operational consistency.
Support onboarding of new services and capabilities into steady‑state operations.
Participate in post‑incident reviews and follow‑through on remediation and improvement actions.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Experience leading or supervising IT infrastructure engineers in an operational environment
Strong working knowledge of infrastructure operations, including networking, cloud, or security services
Ability to coach, prioritize, and maintain execution discipline in a fast‑paced environment
Clear verbal and written communication skills; effective collaborator across teams and cultures
Calm under pressure with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Experience working with incident and ticket management systems (e.g., Service Now)

What Will Put You Ahead

Prior experience supervising teams in a global or 24x7 operations model
Familiarity with ITIL practices (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
Experience driving operational improvements, automation, or standardization
Exposure to cloud networking, SD‑WAN, network security, or global transport services
