Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to business process workflows.
Experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues within complex software environments.

Capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Process Design.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
