D2D Brand/Account Management
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the e-commerce space.
Develop strategies to expand market share and drive online sales.
Negotiate partnerships and collaborations with marketplaces, distributors, and vendors.
Account Management
Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce accounts across platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
Monitor account performance, optimize listings, and ensure compliance with platform policies.
Build strong client relationships, providing support and solutions to maximize satisfaction.
Brand Development
Develop and execute brand-building strategies to enhance visibility and recognition.
Collaborate with marketing teams on digital campaigns, promotions, and content creation.
Analyze consumer trends and competitor activity to refine brand positioning.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably with exposure to multiple platforms.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and marketplace dashboards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing and brand growth.
Should have minimum 6 months of career gap at present
