Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Test Engineer with strong expertise in Manual and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in Python, Selenium Web Driver, API Testing, Agile methodologies, and Healthcare
The candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and experience working closely with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and technical design documents.
Design, develop, review, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Integration, System, GUI, and End-to-End Testing.
Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium Web Driver.
Automate manual test cases and integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
Execute automation scripts through Jenkins and analyze execution reports.
Identify, troubleshoot, log, track, and verify defects using Jira or defect management tools.
Develop reusable automation utilities, libraries, and validation functions.
Perform API testing using Postman.
Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Ensure test environment stability and maintain test data consistency.
Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and QA review meetings.
Optimize automation execution and improve test coverage and stability.
Support cross-browser, cross-platform, and mobile application testing activities.

Qualifications

- Academic: BE / BTECH (CSE, IT),
B.Sc. (Computers), BCA / MCA Or Other Bachelor / Master's Degree in Computing / IT preferred - Functional Domain:
Healthcare IT / IT Services Delivery domain.
- Experience:
Relevant years of experience in similar role.
- Communication skills:
Have strong verbal and written communication skills, be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner.

Good time-management skills.
