Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4
HANA SD/MM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in both Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) modules. The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, rollouts, support, and enhancement projects with strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
The consultant will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring SAP solutions, supporting business users, and ensuring seamless integration between SD, MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and other SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities
SAP SD Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP S/4
HANA SD processes.
Manage Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes.
Configure Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Returns, Credit/Debit Memo processes.
Configure Pricing Procedures, Output Determination, Partner Determination, and Credit Management.
Handle Third-Party Sales, Intercompany Sales, STO, Consignment, and MTO processes.
Work on ATP and Business Partner configurations.
Support testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.
SAP MM Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP S/4
HANA MM processes.
Manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle.
Configure Purchasing, Inventory Management, STO, Subcontracting, and Consignment processes.
Manage Material Master, Vendor Master, and Business Partner configurations.
Configure Release Strategies, Pricing Procedures, and Invoice Verification processes.
Support inventory management activities including GR, GI, Physical Inventory, and Stock Transfers.
Assist in data migration activities using LTMC, LSMW, and Migration Cockpit.
Cross-Functional Responsibilities
Collaborate with FI, PP, WM/EWM, QM, and ABAP teams.
Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and support RICEF developments.
Conduct requirement gathering workshops and fit-gap analysis.
Perform Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT, and Production Support.
Support implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
Provide end-user training and documentation.
