Roles and Responsibilities
6+ years of Service Now development experience with at least 3+ years in HRSD implementations.
Strong hands-on experience in Service Now HRSD modules, including HR Case Management, Employee Center, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events.
Expertise in JavaScript, Service Now scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Workflow development.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, SSO, and third-party integrations.
Knowledge of Service Catalog, Record Producers, UI Builder, and Portal development.
Experience with Service Now platform administration, security, ACLs, and update sets.
