Management Trainee; Operations Internship

Position: Management Trainee (Operations) Internship
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist team leads in overseeing proctoring operations for multiple customers.
Support shift planning, task delegation, and real-time team coordination.
Monitor day-to-day proctor activities and performance.
Assist in tracking and resolving escalations in collaboration with engineering and product teams.
Monitor key customer service metrics such as CSAT and response time.
Identify root causes of issues and suggest improvements.
Maintain and update operational checklists and internal tools.
Participate in SOP creation and documentation for internal and external use.
Stay updated on product features and platform enhancements.
Support the organization of training sessions and workshops for new proctors.
Document performance feedback and training progress.
Learn and apply basic team performance management and coaching principles.
Compile team performance data and daily reports.
Analyze trends in support metrics and operational data.
Contribute to weekly and monthly stakeholder reports.
