The Net Suite Administrator & Consultant at Advanced plays a central role in optimizing our core business processes through the effective management, configuration, and maintenance of our Net Suite system, including Zab billing functionalities.
Your role will involve a sophisticated blend of business process optimization, focusing on delivering high-quality Net Suite solutions that support our operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
System Configuration and Maintenance:
Oversee the configuration of Net Suite to meet specific business requirements, including Zab billing functionalities. Customize forms, set up user roles and permissions, maintain lists, records, and advanced field-level security controls.
Collaboration and Requirement Gathering:
Work closely with finance, accounting, and other departments to gather requirements. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective Net Suite solutions.
User Support and Training:
Provide advanced support to Net Suite users, addressing complex system issues. Develop and conduct specialized training sessions on utilizing Net Suite features, emphasizing Zab billing processes and system optimization.
Facilitating Change Management:
Drive change management initiatives related to Net Suite, ensuring that technological changes are implemented effectively and meet the evolving needs of the business.
Recommending and Implementing SaaS Solutions:
Evaluate, recommend, and integrate SaaS solutions that extend the capabilities of Net Suite, focusing on areas such as advanced analytics, AI enhancements, and automated workflows.
Zab Billing Expertise:
Leverage extensive experience with Zab billing to streamline billing processes, optimize billing workflows, and ensure accurate and timely billing operations within Net Suite.
Consulting on Best Practices:
Act as a consultant to various departments, advising on best practices for utilizing Net Suite and Zab billing functionalities to achieve business objectives.
What You Will Do

Own the end-to-end configuration and ongoing maintenance of Net Suite, including Zab billing functionalities — customising forms, managing user roles and permissions, and maintaining advanced field-level security controls to meet evolving business requirements.
Partner with Finance, Accounting, and other business functions to gather and translate requirements into functional and technical Net Suite solutions, acting as a trusted consultant across the organisation.
Serve as the subject matter expert for Zab billing within Net Suite — streamlining billing workflows, resolving billing process issues, and ensuring accurate, timely billing operations d change management initiatives relating to Net Suite, ensuring system changes are implemented effectively and that the business is equipped to adopt them with confidence.
Provide hands-on support and specialised training to Net Suite users, addressing complex system issues and building internal capability — particularly around Zab billing processes and system optimisation.
Evaluate and integrate SaaS solutions that extend Net Suite's capabilities, with a focus on advanced analytics, AI enhancements, and automated workflows.
Advise stakeholders and departments on Net Suite and Zab billing best practices, helping shape how the platform is used to deliver business objectives.

Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in Net Suite administration and consulting, with a strong preference for candidates who have managed complex configurations and integrations, including Zab billing.
Net Suite Platform Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of Net Suite's architecture, including Suite Flow, Suite Talk, and Suite Analytics.
Zab Billing Proficiency:
Extensive experience with Zab billing processes and functionalities within Net Suite.
Problem-Solving
Skills:
