Technical Program Manager

Location: Bengaluru

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the Network Transformation program, focused on migrating from Cisco/Aruba to Juniper across global sites. This role is critical to stabilise current delivery challenges and drive consistent, on-time execution.

Key Responsibilities
:

Own end-to-end program delivery and governance across location
sManage large-scale network migration (Cisco/Aruba → Juniper) including planning, deployment, and handove
rLead and align technical teams, TPMs, and engineering resources (onsite/offshore
)Drive integrated scheduling, dependency management, and milestone trackin
gAct as the primary interface with stakeholders, handling escalations and ensuring transparent communicatio
nEstablish strong governance (risk, issues, tollgates, KPIs) to improve delivery predictabilit
yEnsure adherence to standard designs, quality benchmarks, and deployment consist enc
yTrack program financials, resource utilisation, and SOW commitment
