Role Overview We are looking for an Associate Manager – Paid Social with deep expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and a proven track record of scaling Lead Generation and E-commerce campaigns .
The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in campaign strategy, audience development, performance optimization, attribution, and full-funnel growth marketing. Experience managing Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) , Catalog Sales, Retargeting, and high-budget acquisition campaigns is essential.
Digital Marketing Agency experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta platforms.
Manage Lead Generation, E-commerce, Conversion, Catalog Sales, and Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) campaigns.
Build and optimize Core, Custom, Lookalike, Retargeting, and First-Party Data audiences.
Drive performance across key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, CAC, and Conversion Rate.
Implement and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), event tracking, and attribution frameworks.
Develop full-funnel acquisition, retargeting, and customer growth strategies.
Conduct A/B testing across creatives, messaging, audiences, placements, and campaign structures.
Collaborate with creative, content, and account management teams to improve campaign performance.
Analyze campaign data and present actionable insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment.
Requirements 6+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Social / Performance Marketing.
Minimum 3+ years of Digital Marketing Agency experience ( Mandatory ).
Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager.
Proven success managing Lead Generation and E-commerce campaigns.
Strong experience with Dynamic Product Ads (DPA), Catalog Sales, Retargeting, and Conversion campaigns.
Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Attribution, and Event Tracking.
Strong understanding of audience strategy, funnel optimization, and performance marketing metrics.
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications Meta Blueprint Certification.
Experience managing high-budget advertising accounts.
Exposure to D2C, Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Technology, or Lifestyle brands.
