Position: Senior QE Automation Engineer (Facets + CXP Integration & Interoperability with Playwright / Tosca /
Location: Bengaluru

The  Senior QE Automation Engineer (Facets + CXP Integration & Interoperability with Playwright / Tosca / Robot Framework)  will lead quality engineering initiatives for CXP systems, driving test strategy across CRM, IVR, ESB, and interoperability platforms. This role requires deep expertise in API ecosystems, healthcare interoperability, and end-to-end integration validation.

Key Responsibilities
Own and drive  integration and interoperability testing strategy  across CRM, IVR, ESB, and partner systems
Lead design and validation of  complex end-to-end workflows spanning multiple integrated platforms
Oversee  API validation (REST/SOAP)  and ensure conformance to enterprise and CMS interoperability standards
Drive validation of  FHIR R4 APIs and HL7 messaging frameworks
Ensure completeness of  Facets data propagation across APIs and middleware layers
Define and implement  automation strategy for integration testing (API/UI/middleware)
Lead  defect triage, impact analysis, and root cause analysis (RCA)  across systems
Mentor engineers and ensure adoption of  best practices in integration and interoperability testing
Coordinate with onshore stakeholders and external partners for  end-to-end validation
Ensure governance across  Agile processes, ADO usage, and defect lifecycle management

Required Skills
5 to 12 years of extensive experience in  API and integration testing (REST/SOAP)
Deep expertise in  ESB/middleware architectures and validation
Strong knowledge of  CRM/IVR/contact-center systems
Advanced understanding of  FHIR R4, HL7, and CMS interoperability APIs (MANDATORY)
Strong  SQL and cross-system validation expertise
Facets integration-level expertise (MANDATORY)
Proven leadership experience in  driving QE strategy and mentoring teams
