Must-Have
Strong written documentation skills

Ability to logically analyze issues and propose effective solutions.
Good-to-Have
Good macOS knowledge/ Linux knowledge in at least one flavor such as ubuntu.
Knowledge on different package management (deb and/or rpm) and repository management. On macOS it’d be pkg/dmg/mpkg.
System administration knowledge targeting / supporting desktop clients (file system, disk encryption, boot process, permissions, networking, process management etc.)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Provide L2/L3 support for macOS and Linux desktop systems

Diagnose and troubleshoot OS-level issues efficiently

Manage software installations, upgrades, and patching activities

Ensure system stability, security, and compliance

Maintain detailed documentation for issues, solutions, and processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
