Required / Mandatory Knowledge &
Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Functional modules , primarily:
Core HR
Absence Management
Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
Extensive experience in gathering business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and translating business needs into Oracle HCM solutions.
Strong functional knowledge of HR business processes , workforce management, employee lifecycle management, leave administration, and time tracking.
Experience in end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, support, rollout, enhancement, or transformation projects.
Hands-on experience in configuring:
Enterprise Structures
Workforce Structures
Jobs and Positions
Grades and Locations
Absence Plans and Accruals
Time Consumer Sets and Time Entry Rules
Experience working with Oracle HDL (HCM Data Loader) , HCM Extracts, and Functional Setup Manager (FSM).
Good understanding of Oracle HCM Security, Roles, Data Access, Approval Workflows, and Profile Options.
Ability to create Functional Design Documents (FDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), BRDs, and Test Scripts.
Hands-on experience supporting SIT, UAT, Production Deployment, and Hypercare activities.
Strong experience collaborating with technical teams for integrations, reporting, and data migration activities.
Familiarity with Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI Reporting, and Oracle HCM Analytics.
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Knowledge /
Skills:
Experience working on global Oracle HCM Cloud transformation programs.
Hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud upgrades and quarterly release management.
Experience supporting Oracle Fast Formula development for Absence and Time & Labor modules.
Knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Talent Management, Compensation, or Payroll modules.
Experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and third-party HR system integrations.
Ability to conduct client workshops, solution demonstrations, and business process optimization sessions.
Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery models.
Knowledge of HR compliance, workforce planning, and organizational change management.
Experience supporting post-production maintenance and application support activities.
Ability to mentor junior consultants and coordinate with offshore/onshore teams.
Optional / Good to Have:
Oracle Cloud HCM Certification.
Oracle Absence Management Certification.
Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) Certification.
Exposure to Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) and AI-driven HR solutions.
Knowledge of HDL Automation, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Experience with multinational or enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud implementations.
Prior consulting experience with Big 4 organizations or global system integrators.
Certifications Preferred:
Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) Certified Implementation Professional.
Oracle Cloud Absence Management Certification.
Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) Certification.
Oracle Cloud Implementation Certifications in related HCM modules (Preferred).
