Experience:
7+ Years (Min. 2 Cloud/Fusion US Payroll implementations)

Core Expertise
US Legislation: 401k, 403b, 457b, Mid-Year Balance Initialization
Technical
Skills:
Fast Formulas, Payroll Flow Design, Cost Allocation, HDL/FSM
Process Knowledge: Payroll Tax Processing (Month/Quarter/Year-End), Parallel Run Reconciliations
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record in US Payroll implementations
Strong understanding of taxation, union payroll, and retirement plans
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure compliance
Hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll configuration and business process optimization
Analytical mindset to troubleshoot payroll issues and ensure accuracy
