We are seeking a Growth Coordinator/ Catalogue Analyst (Walmart) at The Genesis Company to support our growing Walmart business.

Skills Required:

Proficient in these Walmart systems:
Seller Center, Supplier One, Retail Link, Quote Management, and Global Specifications.
Item setup & catalog management (Walmart-specific preferred)
Product content optimization (titles, bullets, attributes, backend taxonomy)
Data accuracy & SKU-level execution
Strong Excel / data management skills
Understanding of Walmart compliance, taxonomy, and attribution requirements
Ability to manage high SKU counts and deadlines.

Experience:

1–5 years in Walmart eCommerce, retail, or marketplace operations
Preferred to have experience working with a Direct Import business.

Key Responsibilities:

Quoting, Item Setup, & Launch Execution:
Collaborate with sales and suppliers to ensure quotes are accurately and timely submitted into Quote Management and Global Specifications.
Create, submit, and manage new item setup in Walmart systems (Supplier One / Seller Center)
Ensure all required attributes are completed accurately (taxonomy, compliance fields, logistics, etc.)
Own item readiness from setup through 'published/live' status
Troubleshoot item setup errors, content flags, and suppression issues
Coordinate launch timelines to meet modular, seasonal, or promotional deadlines.

Content Management & Optimization:
Upload and maintain product content including:
Titles, bullets, descriptions
Images, rich media, and videos
Backend attributes and keywords
Ensure content aligns with Walmart standards and improves discoverability and conversion
Regularly monitor content quality scores and continuously optimize listings
Execute content updates for new features, seasonal changes, or performance improvements.

Catalog & Lifecycle Management:
Maintain ongoing updates including:
Cost/retail changes
Case pack & supply chain attributes
Inventory and replenishment flags
Manage item lifecycle changes (new, discontinued, replaced SKUs)
Ensure no disruption to live listings or supply chain flow.

System & Data Management:
Maintain SKU setup trackers and reporting tools for visibility into status and timelines
Validate data accuracy across systems (internal + Walmart platforms)
Support bulk uploads, templates, and backend data corrections
Identify and resolve data inconsistencies impacting item performance.

Workflow & Process Improvement:
Build and maintain item setup and content workflows for efficiency
Identify automation opportunities and reduce manual processes
Partner with internal teams to streamline onboarding and launch processes
Support documentation of SOPs and best practices.

Compliance & Quality Control:
Ensure all listings meet Walmart content standards and policies
Address compliance errors, suppressed items, and audit issues
Maintain high accuracy across all listings to avoid delays or penalties
Partner with internal sales teams when escalation is required.
