Overview
We're looking for a CRM Manager to drive lifecycle communication and execution for the Fitness Services business. This isn't a typical high-frequency CRM role (like eCommerce or gaming). Fitness is a high-intent, lower-frequency category, where CRM plays a big role in driving conversion, revenue, repeat usage, and long-term habit building. You'll work closely with the CRM Lead to run and improve CRM programs across the user journey, with a clear focus on conversion, revenue, activation, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities
Execute and improve CRM across the full user lifecycle - from new users to active members to retention
Plan and run campaigns across channels like Push, Whats App, Email, SMS, and RCS
Drive conversion and revenue through well-timed, relevant communication and lifecycle journeys
Continuously run A/B tests across messaging, creatives, channels, timing, and journeys to improve performance
Use user data and behaviour to build better segmentation and personalization
Track performance across conversion, revenue, activation, engagement, and retention, and turn insights into actions
Build and own dashboards with minimal reliance on Analytics teams (using AI tools where helpful), and know what to track and where to find it
Work closely with Product, Tech, Design, Analytics, and Growth teams to get things done
Own campaign calendars, execution quality, and day-to-day CRM operations
Manage and mentor a small team, ensuring strong execution and continuous improvement

Preferred Background
4–6 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or growth roles.
Experience in subscription-led businesses is preferred, with an understanding of lifecycle strategies that drive conversion, revenue, renewals, and long-term customer value.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as MoEngage (or similar platforms).
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to independently define metrics, analyze performance, and build dashboards.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-oriented environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Tech, Design, Analytics, and Business teams.
