Siebel EAI eScript Workflows Configuration Specialist

Location: Bengaluru

We are seeking a Siebel Configuration & Integration Specialist with strong experience in application configuration, workflow configuration, scripting by using eScript, system integrations with EAI. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining Siebel CRM solutions that support critical business operations and customer processes.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions, automate processes, and ensure seamless integration between Siebel and external systems.

Responsibilities
Configure and customize Siebel CRM applications, including applets, views, business components, business objects, and related repository objects.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Siebel solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain workflow processes to automate business operations and improve efficiency.
Develop custom functionality and validations using eScript where standard configuration does not meet business needs.
Design and implement integrations between Siebel and external applications using Siebel EAI.
Configure and manage Integration Objects, Business Services, workflows, and adapters to support data exchange across systems.
Perform data mapping, interface analysis, and integration troubleshooting activities.
Investigate and resolve issues related to configurations, workflows, scripting, and integrations.
Participate in system testing, deployment activities, and post-production support.
Ensure adherence to Siebel development standards, best practices, and performance guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production deployment.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Siebel Configuration and Development.
Proven experience designing and implementing Siebel Workflows.
Solid development experience with eScript.
Strong knowledge of Siebel EAI (Enterprise Application Integration).
Experience working with Integration Objects, Business Services, and related integration frameworks.
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple Siebel components.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.

Experience with Siebel Tools and repository management.
Exposure to SOAP and REST-based web services.

Experience with data migration, transformation, and data mapping activities.
Understanding of application performance optimization and troubleshooting.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
