Oracle CPQ Devops Engineer

Location: Bengaluru

We are seeking a skilled Oracle CPQ Devops Engineer with around 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be expereinced in Oracle CPQ and provide strong support in Dev Ops operations, ensuring smooth deployments, incident resolution, and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Dev Ops Support:
Analyze production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), Collaborate with Dev Ops teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and monitor system performance.

Incident Resolution:
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, ensuring SLAs are met.

System Integration:
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate CPQ with ERP, CRM and other enterprise systems.

Documentation:
Maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, troubleshooting steps, and deployment processes.

Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to optimize CPQ processes and enhance system efficiency.

Knowlede & Experience in CPQ areas like : BML scripts, Pricing rules and formulas, Configuration models, Approval workflows

Required Skills & Experience

2-3 years of experience in Oracle CPQ.

Strong knowledge of Dev Ops practices (CI/CD, automation, monitoring tools).

Experience with incident management and root cause analysis.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

==============================

Experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, BML and BMQL (Big Machine Language)

Exposure to Agile methodologies and collaborative team environments.

Knowledge of JSON, REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations.

Certifications related to Oracle CPQ are a plus.
