English Bhashi is building the next generation of language learning for India. We combine AI, gamification, community, and personalized learning to help learners improve their communication skills and confidence.
We're looking for an Product Growth Manager who can take ownership of the learner journey, improve engagement, and help convert more users into paying subscribers.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Analytics, Lifecycle Marketing, and Growth.
You will work directly with the Founder and have a meaningful impact on product decisions and business growth.

HSR Layout, Bengaluru (Initially WFH)
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Your Mission
Help more learners discover value, stay engaged, and become paying subscribers.
What You'll Own Product Growth & Conversion
Analyze user behavior and identify conversion bottlenecks.
Improve onboarding, activation, engagement, and subscription funnels.
Run experiments to increase free-to-paid conversion.
Identify why users drop off and recommend product improvements.
Work closely with design and engineering teams to implement growth initiatives.
Lifecycle Marketing & User Engagement
Take complete ownership of Clever Tap/MoEngage.
Build automated user journeys across onboarding, activation, retention, and win-back campaigns.
Create push notifications, in-app campaigns, Whats App journeys, and engagement flows.
Segment users based on behavior and learning patterns.
Continuously optimize campaigns through experimentation and A/B testing.
Product Analytics
Monitor product metrics using Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, Microsoft Clarity, or similar tools.
Create dashboards and track key growth metrics.
Analyze cohorts, funnels, retention curves, and user journeys.
Translate data into actionable product recommendations.
User Research & Product Discovery
Conduct learner interviews and usability testing.
Understand user motivations, struggles, and learning goals.
Gather insights from customer support, community discussions, and feedback channels.
Convert insights into product hypotheses and experiments.
Product Operations
Coordinate execution across product, design, and engineering.
Support sprint planning, QA, testing, and release management.
Maintain product documentation and feature trackers.
Ensure timely delivery of growth-focused initiatives.
Must-Have Skills
6 months to 2 years of experience in Product, Growth, Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, or Product Operations.
Strong hands-on experience with Clever Tap, MoEngage, Web Engage, or similar platforms.
Experience building user journeys, automation workflows, and retention campaigns.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand user behavior and make data-driven decisions.
Good to Have
Experience with Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, or Microsoft Clarity.
Familiarity with Figma and UX fundamentals.
Experience working in consumer apps, EdTech, gaming, fintech, or subscription-based products.
Understanding of gamification, habit-building, and engagement loops.
