The Senior Consultant Managed Services Role

Schedule & Working Requirements
This position requires flexibility and commitment to the following work schedule parameters:
Shift Work:
This is a shift-based role supporting 24/7 managed services, with schedules primarily aligned to US time zones. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and evening), including weekends and public holidays, in accordance with service delivery requirements.
US-Based
Working Hours:
Although this is a global delivery role, primary working hours align with US Eastern and Central time zones (typically 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM ET) to support North American customer accounts.
