Role Overview
We are looking for a  Lead Product Manager – AI Native Development  who combines  product leadership with hands-on building capability .
This is not a traditional roadmap-driven PM role. We are hiring leaders who  personally prototype, build, and ship AI-powered product flows  using modern AI-assisted development environments such as Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar tools.
You will lead the development of  AI-first products end-to-end , driving strategy, execution, and delivery at speed while mentoring teams and shaping product direction.
⚠️ Candidates who have only used AI tools for prompting (ChatGPT, Claude.ai, etc.) without building real product flows will not be considered.

Experience
6–9 years total experience
Minimum 6–12 months of hands-on AI-native product development (mandatory)
Proven ability to  lead and ship AI-powered products at scale
Strong understanding of  AI/ML product ecosystems and trends
Ability to  balance strategy with execution  (builder mindset)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working in  fast-paced, high-growth environments
Demonstrated experience in  leading product initiatives or teams
Strong mentorship and team-building capabilities
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions
Startup or product-led company experience
Experience integrating  LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini)
Background in engineering, design, or technical product management
